4 must-try dishes on Four by Brother Luck's fall menu

• Think: butternut squash bisque, sunchokes and mustard greens, along with the hearty flavors of pork jowl, lamb and duck breast.

Dig in: My favorite four dishes on the seasonal menu are packed with flavor but won't leave you stuffed.

1. Start with Mountain Snow, an appetizer with super-thin stacked layers of smashed sunchokes, cherry gel sauce buttons and a touch of goat cheese.
2. Lamb birria is the way to go on the second course. It's deconstructed so you can make your own taco with a hibiscus tortilla and a decadent ancho chili broth.
3. Executive chef Ashley Brown and the team know how to cook a pig, so the delicate and satisfying pork jowl is a must-order. It comes with persimmon, mustard greens and quince.
4. Duck breast is the perfect fall protein, finished with a honey-orange glaze and served with charred leek.

If you go: Dinner's 5–10pm Tuesday through Sunday.
