The team behind the new restaurant previously headed up the bygone Cajun restaurant Springs Orleans.
Perriteaux's will be open 11am–8pm, Wednesday–Sunday.
🥤 Colorado Springs "dirty soda" pop-up Twisted Sodas begins permanent operations June 2, in the Lowe's parking lot at 4880 North Nevada Avenue.
The location will be open 10am–5pm, Tuesday–Thursday.
