🚀 Ready for liftoff: The Library partnered with The Library Foundation to make telescopes available across the system, while astronomer Dean Regas and the Cincinnati Observatory have helped with training and upkeep.

• Borrowers get the telescope for seven days.
• Kits come stocked for liftoff with two eyepieces, a star chart, instructions and stargazing books.
• Demand has been astronomical: Mariemont branch manager Mandi Beecroft says the program has expanded dramatically, with some branches getting a second telescope.

📡 Come in, mission control: "We're just kind of always growing and expanding and finding new ways to ... provide people with fresh experiences," Beecroft tells Axios.
