UDF, Grippo's team up for new ice cream flavor

College Casey would have loved this latest UDF collab. Heck, so does old Casey.

Driving the spoon: United Dairy Farmers and Grippo's are teaming up for a limited-edition Homemade Brand ice cream flavor called Fun Food Crunch.

It's basically Cincinnati college munchies in a pint: buttered popcorn ice cream, a BBQ spice-infused caramel swirl and chocolatey, crunchy pretzel pieces.
UDF CEO Michael Ahmed describes the promotional food item as a "nostalgic, playful and uniquely Cincinnati" to celebrate two of the city's most iconic brands.

Get your fix: Fun Food Crunch hits Cincinnati-area Kroger stores and all 170-plus UDF locations the week of Aug. 16.
