Boulder's dining scene doesn't take a summer break.
And neither does the steady stream of restaurant news. Here's our latest roundup, from hot openings to special pop-ups.
Here's what's on the menu:
🍝 Morso, a "red sauce joint" from chef Hosea Rosenberg of Blackbelly opened last weekend in the former Under the Sun location in the Table Mesa Shopping Center.
- "Come and see us soon, because, you need this in your life: all the parm, pizza, pasta, Peronis and Negronis your little heart desires," a post on the restaurant's official Instagram read.
- The menu and reservations are available online.
🇫🇷 A new French bistro called Cinq à Sept is set to open July 7 at 4580 Broadway in north Boulder.
- According to an Instagram post, this is the latest venture from chef Samuel McCandless of Corrida.
☕️ Cafe Meets Boba is now open at 3350 Arapahoe Ave., serving boba (obviously), coffee and smoothies.
🥪 Krave It Pizza and Sandwich Joint, a New York-based chain, has opened in Longmont at 589 S. Hover St.
🦪 Shuck Brothers, a seafood and oyster bar, will host a pop-up on downtown's Avanti rooftop this weekend.
- The bar will be open 4–8pm Friday, 1–8pm Saturday and 11–6pm Sunday.
🐟 On the Hook Fish and Chips, a Wyoming-founded food truck franchise, launched its first ever brick-and-mortar location in Johnstown.
- The restaurant at 4884 Larimer Parkway opened Saturday.
🍷 Flagstaff House landed on Wine Spectator's 2026 Grand Award list, one of just 99 restaurants worldwide recognized for exceptional wine programs.
- Closer to home, Frasca Food and Wine, Steakhouse No. 316, Vinca on Pearl and The Greenbriar Inn, received Best of Award of Excellence honors.
- Jill's Restaurant and Bistro in Boulder, Fortezza Ristorante in Niwot and Azafran in Broomfield collected Award of Excellence honors.
🍕 The Colorado Pizza Festival is now offering a $50 gold ticket that includes unlimited free samples from 1–6pm at the Sept. 5 event.
