Dark Horse items head to auction after closure

Driving the news: Dark Horse has established an auction website through Roller Auctions, set for April 14.

How it works: Item inspection times at 7500 York St. are scheduled for 8:15am–4:45pm April 13 and 8:15am–2pm April 14.

• The objects must be paid for and picked up by 4:45pm April 14. Forklifts will be on site to assist buyers with larger items.
• The site did not yet list individual items or disclose how many items would be up for bid.

Catch up quick: The iconic Dark Horse building is set to be demolished as part of the Williams Village II redevelopment, which will add five buildings and roughly 400 housing units to the lot.

• Developers, and bar frequenters, had hoped the Dark Horse might remain in a new building as part of the development.
