Boulder finally saw some flakes over the weekend, the latest first snowfall in the city's history.
The latest: Boulder CAST reported 0.3 inches on Saturday.
Caveat: For weather record purposes, days end at 5pm. So snow that fell late Friday went toward Saturday's snow total.
By the numbers: Nov. 29 is by far the latest first measurable snowfall in Boulder.
The previous latest first snowfall was Nov. 17 in 2017 and 2021.
Last weekend's snow also broke a near-record streak for days without snow at 223, just shy of the record 224 consecutive days without snow set in 1992, according to Boulder CAST.
What we're watching for: We shouldn't have to wait long for more flurries though. The National Weather Service calls for a 60% chance of snow tonight.
Tomorrow's forecast calls for highs in the 30s with a high chance of snow.
