Queue up for Qué Rico in Boulder

• Qué Rico also has locations in Denver and Broomfield, but this is its first venture into Boulder County.

🌮 Dive in: Qué Rico embraces a sweet and savory approach, with crepes and dessert drinks alongside your typical offerings of street tacos and burritos.

• They also have a menu with breakfast options. Because Boulderites love us some brunch.
• The Boulder spot had a dish that I didn't see on any other location's menu: nachos with Doritos covered in cheese sauce, cojita cheese, corn and jalapenos.

🍧 What to try: For me, the highlight was the raspados, essentially Mexican shaved ice.

• While the ice is not as finely ground as the Hawaiian version I grew up with, the flavors and real fruit toppings make this an excellent option in the middle of a hot summer day.

What to expect: The location has a fast-casual atmosphere, as you order at the counter. But there are booths and tables inside with some seating outside.
