Boulder bears spotted at court, up a pole, on the stairs

Driving the news: The Boulder County District Attorney's Office on Tuesday shared a photo of a small black bear wandering outside the Boulder Justice Center.

• The courthouse sits along Boulder Creek near the foothills, so bear sightings in the area are not unusual.
• The DA's Office assured Axios Boulder that if the bear was looking to resolve a case, the charges would be dismissed in the interest of all involved.

Zoom out: Elsewhere in the county, another bear decided to play electrician and found itself up a utility pole near Lyons, according to a Reddit post.

• Colorado Parks and Wildlife told the Daily Camera the bear did come down ... and then promptly climbed a tree.
• In a different form of climbing, a bear got at least partway up the Manitou Incline near Colorado Springs, according to KOAA News.

And of course, I somehow had none of these scenarios on my Bear BINGO card.
