The sentencing of Yeva Smilianska — who in April was found guilty of vehicular homicide in the 2023 death of Magnus White — is scheduled to take place today in Boulder District Court, according to the District Attorney's Office.
The hearing starts at 10am at the Boulder Justice Center. It will be streamed live.
