Boulder Creek Festival kicks off Memorial Day weekend

• It starts with the Friday Kickoff Concert from 5-10pm. The festival runs Saturday-Sunday 10am-7pm and Monday 10am-5pm.
• 🎟️ Admission is free except for the beer event.

🍺 Creekside Beer Fest: There will be three two-hour sessions Saturday and two Sunday featuring unlimited pours from more than 20 breweries and distilleries. Tickets start at $39.

🎵 Tunes: A variety of musical acts will play throughout the festival on three different stages, with plenty of barefoot dancing in the dirt in front of the Bandshell. If you want to know the vibe, just remember that Steely Dead, a Grateful Dead-Steely Dan cover band, will be there. Because ... Boulder.

🍔 Food and shopping: Come hungry! Dozens of food trucks and vendors will serve nitro ice cream; Maine lobster; big ol' burgers; Cajun, Greek and Indian fare; and lots more. Plus, explore 200-plus vendor booths in a farmers-market-style setup with local crafts, art and goodies.

🎨 Other scheduled events include: an art battle, a mural project, skateboarding lessons, face painting, and rides and games.
