Arapahoe County caption contest: Curveball karma

When I was 7, I got home from Denver Zephyrs baseball camp with a brand-new American Association baseball.

Flashback: I headed to my backyard in Aurora and tried to throw a curveball. ⚾️

Yes, but: The ball slipped out of my left hand and sailed through the kitchen window...

• ...right into the sink where my mother was washing dishes.

I saw this setup last week in Greenwood Village and came up with three theories.

1. 🪟 These parents are shopping for new windows.
2. 🏒 This kid has a great shot and is a future NHL draft pick.
3. 🏖️ Mom and dad are on vacation.
