Kevin Hartz, co-founder and former CEO of Eventbrite, has quietly stepped down as a partner with venture capital firm Founders Fund. Neither he nor a firm spokesperson has yet returned a request for comment.
Short stay: Hartz joined Founders Fund in late 2016, several months after turning the reins at Eventbrite over to co-founder and wife Julia Hartz. He previously had made angel investments in such companies as Airbnb, Trulia and Uber.
