Former President Jimmy Carter had "no complications" from a brain surgery at Atlanta's Emory University Hospital on Tuesday, according to The Carter Center.
The backdrop: Carter had the procedure to have the pressure relieved from his brain that was caused by a subdural hematoma. He remains in the hospital for further observation.
