Tyson Foods expands chicken recall amid metal contamination

More than 11.8 million pounds of Tyson's frozen and ready-to-eat chicken products have been recalled amid reports of metal contamination, reports CNN.

Details: Three of the 6 people who reported finding particles of metal in certain purchased Tyson products later said they sustained mouth injuries, according to the Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service. Products being recalled are labeled with "use by" dates of October 1, 2019 through March 7, 2020.
