Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is expected to return to the bench on Tuesday when the court returns from its four-week midwinter break, reports Bloomberg.
Backdrop: It'll be Ginsburg’s first time on the bench since she underwent lung cancer surgery in December to remove two malignant nodules from her left lung. Last week, the 85-year-old participated in a private conference during which the justices considered adding cases to their docket — and she's spent the last weeks working from home as she recovered.
