Anthony Weiner has been released from prison after serving 15 months of his 21-month sentence for sending sexually explicit text messages to a 15-year-old girl, per the New York Post.
Details: The former 7-term New York congressman and unsuccessful New York mayoral candidate is now under supervision at a federal re-entry program — either a halfway house or home supervision — and is set to be released from federal custody on May 14 due to good behavior. Upon his release, Weiner will have to register as a sex offender.
