A Los Angeles judge has granted actress Mareli Minutti a restraining order against attorney Michael Avenatti, who she alleges dragged her by her arm across the floor of his Los Angeles apartment and shouted expletives at her, calling her "ungrateful," the AP reports.
Details: Avenatti, who was arrested last week on a felony domestic violence charge, says the allegations are “completely false” and “fabricated.”
