Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is "up and working" after being hospitalized for fracturing three ribs in a fall on Wednesday, reports CNBC.
The details: Ginsburg's nephew Daniel Stiepleman, speaking at the Hollywood premier of "On the Basis of Sex," a movie about Ginsburg's life, said that his aunt is "cracking jokes ... I can't promise they were good jokes but they were jokes." The Supreme Court told Daily Caller reporter Kevin Daley that Ginsburg "has been discharged from the hospital.
