Brett Kavanaugh has been sworn in as an associate justice of the Supreme Court by Chief Justice John Roberts and retired Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy in a private ceremony, according to the AP.
Kavanaugh will begin to hear cases on the Supreme Court this Tuesday.
