Senator John Cornyn (R-Texas) confirmed to reporters that there will be a supplemental background FBI investigation into Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
The details: The investigation will last "no more than a week," Cornyn told reporters, as was proposed by Senator Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) during the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing moving Kavanaugh's hearing forward.
