Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh has moved a step closer to his confirmation after he submitted a 110 page questionnaire with another 2,000 pages of material to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Friday, reports Politico.
What they're saying: Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley praised Kavanaugh in a statement for completing the document, calling it "the broadest and most comprehensive questionnaire" ever sent by the committee. The questionnaire contained biographical information, previously delivered speeches, writing and past court filings from the prospective judge.
