Jonathan Bush has stepped down as president and CEO of the health records company Athenahealth. Bush, who has also given up his spot on the company's board, recently admitted to assaulting his first wife.
What to watch: Athenahealth is simultaneously dealing with a hostile takeover bid from hedge fund billionaire Paul Singer. The company's board "will consider a sale, merger or other transaction" at the same time it searches for a new CEO," it said in a statement.
