Delaware became the first state outside of Nevada to legally allow sports betting on Tuesday — just three weeks after the Supreme Court overturned a federal law that outlawed the practice. 

What's next: New Jersey legislators will vote on a measure this week to allow the state to engage in legalized sports betting. Pennsylvania is also expected to follow suit.
