Special counsel Robert Mueller's team and Michael Flynn's attorneys told D.C. federal court on Tuesday that they don't think Flynn's case "is ready to be scheduled for a sentencing hearing at this time," CNN reports.
The big picture: Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to investigators in December, and has agreed to cooperate with Mueller's investigation. Per CNN, prosecutors told the court on Tuesday there would be an update provided to the court by June 29.
