The students protesting against gun violence across the country today are finding support in television channels such as BET, TV Land, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, and MTV — all owned by Viacom.
The big picture: Viacom's support doesn't stop there. Per the Daily Beast, the company is also "providing digital and on-air coverage during the March for our Lives rally," and Viacom Vice Chairwoman Shari Redstone is donating $500,000 to the march.
