Officials: Two arrested in New York for building explosives

What we know, per officials:

• The brothers are 28-year old Christian and Tyler Toro.
• Christian taught at a charter school in Manhattan and resigned last month after a bomb threat complaint was made last December at the school. Officials said the threat triggered a wider investigation and interview with students.
• When Tyler returned his brother’s school-assigned laptop, a review by the school found a document with bomb-making instructions on the device.
• After additional investigation, authorities got a search warrant. During the search at the brothers' apartment in The Bronx Thursday, 30 pounds of explosive chemicals were found. The men where taken into custody. Two students were also at the apartment at the time, officials said.
• Neither individual was on the radar nor do they have criminal history prior to the beginning of last year's probe, officials said.
