AT&T wants top Justice Department official to testify in merger case

AT&T wants Justice Department top antitrust official Makan Delrahim to testify in the agency's lawsuit to stop its proposed acquisition of Time Warner, according to the New York Times. The telecom behemoth is also reportedly requesting communications between the White House and the Justice Department.
