Report: White House has not reached out to Porter's ex-wives

The ex-wives of former White House staffer Rob Porter say they have yet to hear from "a single person at the White House" since going public with long-term domestic abuse allegations against him last week, reports CNN's MJ Lee.

“How it makes me feel is not as important as the message it sends to others. Reaching out to Jennie and me would, in some small way, provide support for their assertion that that they take domestic violence seriously.”

Why it matters: On Monday, White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders relayed a statement from President Trump saying "above all, the President supports victims of domestic violence."
