A Las Vegas sheriff said on Friday that a "preliminary report" would be provided to the public regarding the investigation of the Las Vegas mass shooting, but that there has been no discovery of a motive behind the shooter's actions. He also said he does not anticipate charges being brought against the shooter's girlfriend.
The sheriff said the report will reveal Stephen Paddock's intent leading up to the event, including venues and locations he researched, as well as internet searches for SWAT tactics.
Police also discovered "numerous" child pornography photographs on his computers.
851 people were injured in the shooting, a much larger number than was originally believed.
