White House: Fed chair will be announced next week

Two other points:

• On the Whitefish contract: "The federal gov has nothing to do with this contract or the process ... it was solely determined by Puerto Rico." Sanders also said Trump asked Sec. Zinke about the Whitefish contract today, and Zinke said he played no role.
• On the Russia investigation: "We are seeing now that if there was any collusion with Russia, it was between the DNC and the Clintons."
