House Speaker Paul Ryan told reporters on Thursday that the FBI will be complying with the House's document request regarding the Trump-Russia dossier. Ryan has accused the FBI of "stonewalling," and said he was highly frustrated to learn about Clinton campaign/DNC involvement in funding the dossier from a Washington Post report, rather than from the bureau.
Why it matters: The document is now a playing a role in Special Counsel Robert Mueller's Russia probe, and Republicans want to find out more about the roles of Democrats and the FBI prior to the dossier's public release.
