FCC Chairman Ajit Pai has released the draft text of his proposal to repeal Obama-era net neutrality rules.
The bottom line: The plan, which the agency will vote on next month, will allow internet service providers like AT&T, Verizon and Comcast to charge consumers different rates for accessing different types of content or allow websites pay more to reach consumers faster than their competitors.
