Rod Rosenstein, the deputy Attorney General whose memo was initially used by the White House to justify the firing of FBI Director James Comey, has accepted an invite to brief the full Senate at 2:30 pm on Thursday afternoon.
Comey, meanwhile, wants to testify as well, according to the NYT, but only in public.
