Air Force failed to enter Texas shooter into gun database

The Air Force failed to enter Devin P. Kelley's conviction for domestic violence against his wife and infant son into a government database, per the NY Times. The conviction should have prevented Kelly, who killed 26 people in a Texas church on Sunday, from buying a gun. The Air Force says it is conducting an investigation.
