2016 NYC bombing suspect convicted

A federal jury has convicted Ahmad Khan Rahimi of planting two bombs in Manhattan in September, 2016, one of which injured 30 people, per the AP. Rahimi, who was born in Afghanistan but lived in Elizabeth, New Jersey, was convicted on all charges, including counts of using a weapon of mass destruction and bombing a public place.
