Denver's newest playground, dubbed Nature Play, is now open in City Park.
The intrigue: The $8 million, five-year project's highlight is a 20-foot-tall Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep play structure and a waterfall on a restored creek through the southeast corner of the park near the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
What they're saying: "This area embodies our dedication to creating spaces that foster a deep connection with the natural world," Denver parks director Jolon Clark said in a statement.
