Worshippers tackled an armed woman who entered their San Diego church carrying a 10-month-old baby after she threatened to blow it up while "waving the handgun"on stage Sunday, police said.

Details: San Diego Police Department said the suspect, Anna Conkey, 31, was in custody and her children were in protective custody after the incident at nondenominational Tsidkenu Church. Police recovered the gun and found it was unloaded. They'd increased patrols around places of worship in the city after Sri Lanka's Easter Sunday attacks.
