Singapore Airlines has announced it will champion the world's longest flight that will last 19 hours and travel 10,300 miles, from Newark Liberty Airport to Changi Airport in Singapore, the airline said in a press release.
The details: Taking off this October, the airline plans to use the new "ultra-long-range" Airbus A350-900ULR for the 18 hour, 45 minute flight. According to Singapore Airline's flight booking system, a one-way premium economy seat on the record-breaking flight will set you back $1,225,75.
