Trump's wall nears reality with McConnell budget estimates

Paul Ryan told Greta Van Susteren last night that he's prepared to shell out $8-14 billion for Trump's wall.

Now Mitch McConnell is there as well, with an extra billion in potential outlay:

The two leaders declined to say whether the expenditure will add to the deficit.

Why it matters: Multiple independent studies have estimated that $15B won't cover the cost of the wall, and while Trump claims he'll get Mexico to pay us back, the Mexicans have repeatedly told him no.
