The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments from DOJ lawyers and the attorneys general from Washington and Minnesota tomorrow. The DOJ filed a 15-page brief Monday supporting Trump's executive order after the federal judge in Washington issued a federal restraining order against Trump's travel ban Friday last week.
What to watch: The hour-long phone call begins Tuesday at 6pm ET, each side will get half an hour to present their case, and the recording of the call will be made public after, per The Hill. Note that two of the three judges on the panel were appointed by Democrats.
