Trump’s EPA nominee says climate change is real

Oklahoma AG Scott Pruitt told the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee on Wednesday he believes climate change is real.

Timing: Just about an hour before Pruitt testified, NOAA announced 2016 was the hottest year yet.

Private equity returns fell behind stocks over the past decade

U.S. private equity returns fell just below S&P 500 returns for the 10-year period ending last June, according to a report released Monday morning by Bain & Company.
