The Trump administration has confirmed it will keep making the payments to insurers for Obamacare's cost-sharing reduction subsidies until a House lawsuit against the payments is resolved, The Hill reports. That may give insurers some comfort for now, but it's not a long-term solution — which will have to wait until either the lawsuit runs its course, or Congress agrees to provide the money on its own.
