Tech IPOs rarely feature female CEOs

Twenty tech companies have priced IPOs in the U.S. since last year, only one of them has a female CEO, according to S&P Global Intelligence. That would be Therese Tucker of Blackline, a cloud accounting and finance platform.

Moreover, of the other 19, only one even can lay claim to a former female CEO ― emergency communications company Everbridge, whose co-founder and current director Cinta Putra was CEO from 2002-2011.
