President Trump has reportedly been briefed on a suicide bombing in Kabul, Afghanistan, early Monday morning.
What happened: Per CNN, at least 10 people have died and five are injured after a suicide bomber detonated an explosive near an office of the National DIrectorate of Security (NDS), which is close to the U.S. Embassy.
Update: ISIS has claimed responsibility for the bombing through Amaq, its news arm, NPR reports.
