CEO apologizes to black men arrested at Starbucks store

Starbucks CEO Kevin Johnson privately met the two black men arrested at a Philadelphia store face-to-face and apologized for their experience, the Washington Post reports.

Why it matters: Johnson's quick movement on the issue shows how companies are having to get faster on their responses to these situations to prevent nationwide boycotts.
