The Supreme Court announced that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will miss oral arguments on Monday for the first time in her 25 years on the bench as she recovers from cancer surgery, the AP reports.
The backdrop: The 85-year-old was released from the hospital on Christmas after two cancerous growths were removed from her left lung. The court's spokesperson said that Ginsburg has been working from home throughout her recovery.
