Rand Paul on Alexandria shooting: "We were sitting ducks"

House Majority Whip Steve Scalise was shot this morning, along with several others, at a baseball field in Alexandria, Virginia.

On MSNBC this morning, Sen. Rand Paul described the scene as a "killing field" that left the members of Congress "sitting ducks." Paul told Fox News he heard at least 50-60 shots, and that he believed the shooter to be using an AR-15.
