Former President Barack Obama kicked off the first day of 2018 open enrollment under the Affordable Care Act with a video encouraging people to sign up. The video was shared by the group Get America Covered, which is overseeing an effort to jumpstart ACA enrollment. The group was formed last month by former Obama administration officials who oversaw ACA enrollment at the Department of Health and Human Services.
