Travis Reinking, the suspect in yesterday's Nashville Waffle House shooting that left four dead, is now in custody, according to Metro Nashville Police Department.
Flashback: Reinking was arrested near White House last year for being in a restricted area, and had his weapons — including the AR-15 used in Sunday's shooting — taken from him before authorities returned them to his father. According to the AP, a federal agent said the suspect's father "could potentially" face charges for giving his son the weapons back.
